This week I want to talk to you about FEAR and within that conversation I want to ask you – What is your plan? What are you going to do with the rest of your life?
What are your concerns with respect to your future? And this is a big one because FEAR tends to hold people back in life – it really is paralysing and stops you from being able to take action!
I also want to ask you – When was the last time you felt financial stress – when was the last time you felt you didn’t have a choice, or you were overwhelmed?
When was the last time you couldn’t do what you needed to do? For example: Couldn’t get a loan approved, or had to get an extension on a bill etc.
Although it is debilitating, the good news is that FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) is not real and overcoming fear is a skill that anyone can learn.
It is a difficult world out here. We have had 27 years of non-recession in Australia and I believe we are entering a recession now. Jobs are going to become scarcer. They will try and loosen up the loans to encourage things and stimulate the economy, but the reality is that people are not spending.
They’re not spending because they are fearful. They are fearful because they are stressed. Stress is a code to fear and this is a real issue here.
And life here on this planet is not going to get easier. Robotic technology has been with us a long time and it is going to increase. This does not mean that there will be no jobs. It just means that there will be some significant changes to jobs as we know them. So part of raising your standards and raising your ability, your talents, particularly your skills, will be what keeps you ahead of the game.
I guess the question you must ask is what is your strategy? What are you going to do about this? What is your plan?
If you do not attend to this FEAR or STRESS, it will show up in your body, in your physical area. It will go to your weakest spot. Your body cannot speak but it can talk to you, and it will talk to you by giving you a clue that you are not congruent.
Change is important and if you want to change, you must get used to living in the uncomfortable place – the space outside of your comfort zone. Part of this is your personality, your identity, that needs to change, and your identity is how you feel, think and act. You can change your personal reality by changing your identity. I know this is a big bite to take on.
However, if you really think about it and become the witness to the games you play, you may find that you not only can create wealth, but you are a wealth generator. You generate energy by how you think.
There is a co-creation that is going on here. However, if your thoughts are fearful or stressful, you are generating this as an outcome and your reality will show up accordingly.
Intellectually, you may even understand this. Where am I financially? Where am I up to with my health and my relationships?
2. Where do I want to go, if I couldn’t fail?

If you are focusing on what you don’t want, you are going to get lots of it. If you focus on what you truly want, then it will happen for you.
