Why have a Coach?

Why get a coach? You might be thinking to yourself that only unsuccessful people need coaches –and this couldn’t be further from the truth. Some of the most successful people on the planet credit their ongoing growth and success to the continued support of a coach or mentor.  Coaches support you with consistent growth and keep you accountable. They are there to take you from good to great and beyond!

Human beings all over the world are realising the massive benefits of coaching when it comes to their own success and staying on purpose and being accountable to their intentions and goals. The life path of absolute abundance is creating harmony in all areas of life including; building greater wealth & finances, expanding all relationships, creating better business opportunities, being accountable, setting a clear path and getting into massive action – a coach is there to assist with all of the above and MORE!

Good coaches will provide you with actionable insight and opportunity for growth based on the specific areas you wish to improve. Coaching is the mechanism to help you achieve the success you desire for yourself and your coach is the ally that supports you in getting from where you are now, to where you want to be!

So if you are still unsure about what a coach can do for you, here are 6 things that a coach can support you with immediately!

Get clear about your goals. Your coach will help you determine what’s really important to you and help you stay focused on that, ensuring that all of your goals are S.M.A.R.T.I.E.S and that you’re checking in with your goals daily!

Identify opportunities. “You don’t know, what you don’t know!” And your coaches can help you figure out what you don’t know, and bring to light some things you may not be able to see. They will be honest with you about your opportunities for growth and areas of development!

Keep you accountable. Coaches keep you on track and moving forward toward new levels of  achievement. For most of is, having this level of accountability is a great source of motivation.

Identify your strengths and weaknesses. Your coach can help you harness your strengths so that you are always putting your best foot forward and they can also support you in getting better at the things you aren’t so great at. They will also teach you about leverage and how you can learn to delegate the tasks that aren’t your strengths to other members of your team that might be better suited to the task at hand.

Develop your leadership skills. Coaches model incredible leaderships skills. After you work with a coach for a while, you can start to adopt some of their practices, such as; powerful questioning techniques, communication skills, becoming a better listener and rapport building which are all highly valuable tools for you as a leader.

A greater sense of purpose. Because your coach will help you identify and align your values, create focus, clean up the mess, have a clear plan and get into massive action – you will feel a greater sense of achievement and overall happiness as you begin to live your life with more passion and purpose!
